Privacy policy

When you register interest in lunch subscriptions or catering through the form, we collect the details you provide yourself: name, email address, phone number and company name.

The details are used to respond to your enquiry about lunch subscriptions or catering, and to contact you when the company programme launches, which is what you are registering interest in. They are stored encrypted in our customer system.

The details are kept for as long as your enquiry or registration of interest is current, and are deleted when you ask us to or when they are no longer needed.

If you ask us to notify you when the restaurant opens, we only store what the chosen channel requires: an email address for email, a mobile number for text messages, and your name if you choose to give it. The details are stored encrypted, used for a single message and deleted no later than 90 days afterwards, or after 18 months if we have not yet opened. You can ask us to delete them at any time. For text messages we use a Swedish SMS provider that processes the number on our behalf.

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected and to have your data deleted. Email us at mariostaverna@pontusfrithiof.com and we will help you.

The travel time feature on the page sends no information about you and does not use your location. We calculated the travel times in advance and they are already on the page, so when you choose a place the answer is shown directly in your browser without anything being sent to us or to anyone else.

Visitor statistics: when you visit the page we count page views and visits, which language the page is shown in, whether it is a phone or a computer, which website the visit came from and which buttons are tapped, for example the phone number or the directions. We set no cookies and do not store your IP address. All we keep are daily totals that cannot be linked to you, and they are used only to see how the page is used.
